As part of the Veiled series, she is completely cloaked in fabric. She leaves an impression in the cloak and it takes her form even though she is absent in the piece.
The form it takes is of a playful girl running with her arms stretched out, free and unconstrained.

As part of the Veiled series, Secretive is the first to start to break free of her veil and reveals a part of her body. This piece although part of the previous series heads Anneke’s work in a new direction that leads to the next series called Revealing that explores the breaking free of hidden emotions.
